Context

Every developer running real infrastructure ends up with the same problem: services scattered across a dozen dashboards, no single view of what's actually running, what it costs, or what just broke. Vercel, Railway, Supabase, GitHub, Stripe, Sentry, Cloudflare, and more, each with its own app, its own login, its own notification behavior. Checking on your own stack means opening ten browser tabs.

Contribution

Native iOS, iPadOS, and Apple Watch application monitoring an entire developer stack across 20 services from a single native app, replacing the ten-tab ritual with one place to look.

Built a dual-mode security architecture to match how differently people want to trust cloud sync with credentials: cloud-synced AES-256-GCM encrypted storage for convenience, and a zero-knowledge on-device mode using iOS Keychain with hardware-backed key storage for anyone who'd rather nothing about their infrastructure ever leave the device. No analytics, no telemetry, no third-party tracking, by design rather than by omission.

Outcome

A live, shipped native app monitoring 20 services with zero compromise on the privacy end of the security model. Android is in active development.
